Crateyard Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Account details: the username you choose and your password. Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash, so nobody can read them, including us.
- Game data: your friends list, and your match totals (wins, matches, kills, deaths).
- Match data while you play: your position, team and actions are sent to other players in the same match so the game works. This is not stored after the match.
- Device settings: your control choice and look sensitivity are saved on your own device only.
We do not ask for your email, phone number, real name, location, contacts or photos. We do not show ads and we do not sell or share your data.
Who can see your data
Other players can see your username, your team and your in-match score. Friends you add can see whether you are online and whether you are in a match.
Deleting your account
Open the game menu, log in, and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your account, friends list and stats from our servers.
Children
Crateyard has no chat and collects no personal contact details. If you believe a child has created an account and want it removed, contact us and we will delete it.
